She's definitely too immature/young for that kind of responsibility... and she probably doesn't love this person, I would guess that it's just infatuation. She'll regret it later. Talk her out of it.

Just tell her the truth and tell her how you feel about the situation. To the point that she will still love you and still understand you. Just have a discussion about it that you both will understand each other. Hopefully this will help you out.
