It is pretty simple. Just make sure you're getting your calories from healthy foods, eat when you're hungry (you'll probably consume more calories than pre-pregnancy) try to keep your food consumption balanced (ie. not all carbs, not all protein). If you eat junk don't beat yourself up and just try to do better in the future.

Some babies don't like the taste of certain foods (spicy, etc.) so if you notice your baby doesn't nurse as well after you've eaten say, an enchilada, you might want to lay off the Mexican food until you are done nursing. Also, things that give you gas will probably give baby gas (which is never pleasant!). But, I say try things anyway because some babies don't mind what you eat (my son didn't).

You should stay away from large amounts of alcohol (a glass of wine never hurt anyone--a bottle of wine isn't a good idea). And if you're worried, you can express the milk after you drink (it usually hangs around in your milk for about 1-2 hours). Just be aware that some babies don't like to nurse if you have been drinking (they don't like the taste?) and it can disrupt their sleep.

Hope this was the kind of info you were looking for.

if you are feeding your baby with your milk. then you have to take 5gm of root powder of Satavari (aspergus resimosus) with a glass of milk three time of a day. this will increase the production of milk for your baby
