I'm not a member of their website, but I do have their cookbook. Here is the recipe as per their cookbook:

Big Beautiful Muffins

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups lowfat plain yogurt
2 large eggs
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled

1) Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven to 375 degrees. Generously coat a 12 cup muffin tin with vegetable oil spray.
2) Mix the flour sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Whisk the yogurt and eggs together in a medium bowl. Gently fold the yogurt -egg mixture into the flour mixture with a rubber spatula until just combined. Fold in the melted butter.
3) Use a large ice cream scoop or a measuring cut to divide the batter evenly amoun the muffin cups. Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out with a few crumbs attached, 25-30 minutes.
4) Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then flip out onto a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Banana-Walnut Muffin Variation:
Add 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg to the flour mixture. Substitute 1 cup packed light brown sugar for the granulated sugar and fold 1 1/2 cups finely diced bananas and 3/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts into the finished batter.

If you'd like any other variation or another recipe from these folks, please just let me know! I refer to this cookbook a lot, it has great recipes and yummy pictures too! Good luck!!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 overripe bananas
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly butter 2 muffin tins.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Mash 2 of the bananas with a fork in a small bowl so they still have a bit of texture. With an electric mixer fitted with a wire whisk, whip the remaining bananas and sugar together like you mean it, for a good 3 minutes. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and beat well, scraping down the sides of the bowl once or twice. Mix in the dry ingredients just until incorporated. Fold in the nuts and the mashed bananas with a rubber spatula. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins to fill them about halfway. Give them a rap on the counter to get any air bubbles out.

Bake until a toothpick stuck in the muffins comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before turning the muffins out. Serve warm or at room temperature.
