I'm not sure if there is a setting for this or not but how do you get it to where if your cursor is in an entry field and when you start typing it has a memory and instead of typing the whole word it pops up and you can hit enter and it'll put it in the field...

It's called Auto-Complete its application specific though, office apps webpages , windows search...theres a setting for it...diffent ones for the application. heres a link for IE

No, it's not a Windows feature. It's only in programs that have t set to do that. I think Google tool bar does it and Fire Fox does it too if you set it to do it. There are tons of programs out there that do it, I just can't think of any others off the top of my head, sorry.

and the page you click will automatically fill up in the address bar.

Not as such, but you do see this in some Microsoft applications such as Internet explorer.
