First hose it off with water. Then sprinkle baking soda, liberally over the concrete. Allow it to sit for a few minutes, and then scrub it. Hose it off again. Then clean with a product called Odoban. This is what we do at the grooming shop/kennel where I work. Be careful of using bleach, though. Concrete is porous and bleach mixed with urine (ammonia) makes dangerous gases.

Our dog goes in the basement. We usually use a degreaser of some type for concrete floors. Bleach I mean might work. But you have to be carefull with the smell. Hope that helps.

Bleach will take the smell out! Let it sit and seep into the floor and then scrub the area. Rinse and you should be good!
More expensive is URINEGONE which you can buy online or at some pet stores. It claims to remove urine stains from ANYTHING - might be worth a try....
good luck

get some baking soda and mix it until you get a paste. then spread it over the stained area. let it sit and then once the paste is some what dried, pour a bit of vinigar on top of it. not to much, you dont want the fuzz to get everywhere. once the fuzz is done, wipe it up.
the first step is to take any stains that have been absorbed by the concrete. the next is to jst have the fizz action so you know it's taking the smell out.
if that still doesnt work, purchase a power washer. it's great to clean up concrete. we use it to clean the sidewalk and driveway.

Urine Gone works great! You can find it in pet stores. My mom orders it online, but I am not sure where. It has enzymes that break up the mess and literally destoys it. All you do is spray it on and you're done. No wiping up. It also gets rid of that urine smell that dogs smell but we can't. That way they will never go in that spot again.

Use a neutralizer, such as Nature's Miracle. Neutralizers actually break down and destroy the urine components and take the odor away, not just cover it up. There is also a really good product called Odo-Ban. The only place I've ever seen it sold is at Sam's though.

I didn't know that dog pee could smell up concrete. If it's concrete, why wasnt' it just hosed off right after you found it?? Get a high pressure water hose and just hose it off. Or you can use a little bit of floor cleaner, with a touch of bleach, BE CAREFUL MIXING CHEMICALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read the labels first, to make sure that mixing them will be ok. If you can't use bleach, then try a touch of amonia.
Are you sure that it's the concrete floor that smells? If you're smelling it in your entre garage, then the dog may have peed on something on the floor. My dog does that. He'll pee on something I have laying on the floor, and I won't know what it is, until the living room and kitchen starts to smell of dog pee. Check soft things like blankets or towels, and wooden things, like a work bench, or an old toolbox.

pour vinegar over it as it will remove the urine smell. if you don't remove the smell the dog will use the bathroom there again. they make many products at the pet stores, Dr fostersmith.com to clean and deodorize and sanitizes kennels with so I'm sure you can find what your looking for there.

Honey your best bet is clean everything out and pour straight bleach on it and leave it for a while then rinse off.I used to work at a dog kennel.
