My friend told me that guys like girls who are outgoing. I'm very introvert (not all that shy, I just like listening better than talking), and she wants to try and make me more extrovert. I just would like to "survey" you guys and ask what you think is more attractive, the talkers or the listeners. I just want the guys' opinion. Have fun!

Honey, the best thing you can do for yourself is be you. A little extroversion doesn't hurt, but you have to find your balance. I started as a shy, inward character, and went through my period of trying to "break out" of that mold and become something more... fun. I over compensated and had to pull back a bit, so to speak. As long as your friend respects your wishes, take her up on it. Sometimes hanging out with an extrovert is all the impetus you need to turn an eye. I like both intros and extros, simply because they both bring something unique to the table, and I like individuality above all.

Well, that's kind of a tough one. I think everyone likes to go out & have fun, but at the same time we need someone to listen or spend a quiet night with, (at least I do anyway) So, I would prefer a mix of quiet & outgoing. But I would definitely be weary of someone who doesn't speak up very much, as confidence is a major attribute I look for, & shy people tend not to be overly confident.

In all honesty, guys just want to get along with a woman. Truly there is no clear cut answer to intro/extrovert , every guy is different. There is one thing that most guys like and that is confidence and self respect. If you know who you are, have your own opinions and value your worth, then we will respect and love that.

I am sure it is built into woman to talk, just have to push the right button, nothing wrong with being a listener either,,

Outgoing means more like getting out and doing something, not a couch potato, guys dont like couch potato's,, they like girls that can hang with the guys,

It's cool to sit back and listen that's what you have to do in order to understand what's going on in the conversation. But you have to be able to chirp in and give up your thoughts and ideas about oyur point of view.

Sort of in between is better. dont like a woman that has to dominate the conversation but not a loud mouth that wont shut up.

Most women talk to much and say to little. It would be refreshing to meet one who would listen once in awhile.
