How old are you? Are you still waiting for your curves to come in. If your very young and your body hasn't developed yet, extra weight probably won't go the right places. If you want to gain weight healthfully drink milk, eat nuts and cheese and eat whole wheats over a period of time. Don't expect results overnight

It depends on what kind of weight you want to gain. If it's muscle weight gain, then you'll need to lift weights and supplement with the proper supplements. If it's fat weight gain, just eat a lot of foods high in calorie and sugars and lay around the house.

Eat plenty of protein. Get about 1.25 grams of protein for every pound you weigh a day. Be careful you dont eat too much fat though, you dont want to gain weight from fat. For most people, building 1-2 pounds of muscle is the "healthy limit". Also get carbs/

You don't want to gain weight by eating. Our fat deposits are genetically predetermined. But (no pun intended) you can exercise to develop the target areas. Nothing is sexier than a toned body, not a flabby one.
