Next time you are on line to her, ask her if you could take her out. Think of somewhere she would like to go. Take it from there.

the problem is her friends always being around - I guess if they weren't there then you would have no problem in going up and chatting between you.
You've got to give her the signals that you're interested but you don't want to do it in such a way that her friends tease you. I'd suggest catching her eye, and winking, with a smile. That is SO flirtatious, sends exactly the right message ("I'm interested in you") and, if you time it right, none of her friends will see it. It's just your little secret. Do that a couple of times and watch her smile. Hopefully, she'll get the message and then find an opportunity to lose her friends and be alone and available for you to chat to.
Good luck. Winking is vastly under-rated as a flirting tool, but it is enormously flattering to be winked at by a man. Try it, she will probably love it!

Just image this , She is an old lady in the street and you want to help her across the road. You would not feel nervous about that would you , No.
So just think of her at all times as that old lady and you will find talking to her gets easier and easier but beware some day she will become that old lady.
