It could be considered "idolatry"

If you put work as first priority, and are putting it before God; than in actual fact you are committing idolatry.

Plus, it is unhealthy.
The Sabbath was created for very good reason - to rest 'in the Lord'...

Working hard is not a sin. If you put work before God, that's when it becomes a sin.

Nah. I would consider it more a vice; something that is inherently benign (work), but can be overindulged.

Moderation is the key.
