As long as it's not caffeinated, it can count toward up to half of your daily water intake. So if you already drink 4 glasses of straight up water, you're fine! :o)

Tea and occasional are not undesirable, as long as you do no longer upload something to them. Tea and occasional on my own have no better fat or energy to them. that is once you upload the cream and sugar that is going to become undesirable. nevertheless they're going to stain your enamel and dehydrate you because of the caffeine. Soda in basic terms does not anticipate maximum of ranges. Crystal-easy isn't a bad theory. Juices count quantity as water intake, too. whether the difficulty with juices and style packets is they upload energy and that they too have better sugar in them. Fruit2O is yet another sturdy option. they have i think of 0 energy in them. that is particularly in basic terms flavored water. Your superb guess is to drink undeniable water. i like including a lemon slice to mine. Oh, and in case you consume the superb suited meals ie culmination and vegetables), a pair of million/2 of your water intake will come those on my own, so which you do no longer might desire to be consistently eating water.

What kind of green tea? Is this tea made in a lab by cokeacola or snapple or Sobe with 10 or more different ingredients? If so than you are cheating yourself. If its natural tea from a tea bag with out sugar than you should be fine.

Only non-caffinated beverages can count towards your water intake. So if it's decaff you are good to go.
Caffiene is dehydrating, so it is doing the opposite of what you need water for. (just a note on why it doesn't count)

Tea counts if it's uncaffeinated. Caffeine is a diuretic, and it makes you lose water
