Probably not- they would contact you if you actually won something- also, if you dont remember signing up for anything- odds are it is spam.
Dont fill out any forms and dont give out personal info!!

This sounds like spam where they try to get your personal information. I would ignore it or turn it in to the Oprah show. I would not answer it for sure.
