On the food network website (www.foodtv.com) check out the quick fix with Robin Miller website. She includes a shopping list for all of her recipes. The nice thing about her recipes is that it shows you how to turn leftovers into a completely new meal.

You cannot make quick dinners without recipes. You need to know what your recipes (needs and tastes) are before you can go shopping. How on earth can you buy something if you don't know what your'e going to do with it? Find reliable nice basic recipes and work from there.
