Lots of cardio exercise, breakfast like prridge, 5 portions of fruit/veg plus sit ups but get taught how to do them properly or you could hurt your back. You need to do 30 minutes of good cardio work a day, enough to make you sweat and be a bit out of breath but not so much that you cannot talk and hold a conversation. Good luck, took me about 6 months but it is worth it as apart from a nice shaped tum you are fit too!!!

getting slim is easy when u r totally discipline in your day to day habit ......eating less or cutting the meal in a day will not matter you extra fat...i would say u eat as much as your body need it.......the body is like that machine which becomes as stronger as long it keep moving .....
the point is that u need to be discipline towards the daily routine of life just do some basic exercises like for abs ,hips ,thighs and most important just jump or run for 2 minute it makes your body in shape and healthy....u can go to the link where u find some tips and way to do it

No matter where you are trying to burn fat all i can say is cardio, cardio, cardio. Plus healthy eating. You can do all the sit ups you want but if your stomach muscles are covered with fat that wont do any good. The only way to burn that is to do some sort of cardio at least 30 minutes a day and you;; see results. As long as your eating well to boot!.

I am so going to monitor this question as I have the same difficulty - did lose a lot of weight last year and eating salads and actime yoghurt really helped with the bloating

plain yogurt, Chinese oolong long tea, yoga, ab excercise may help. Some plants are delicious and can melt belly's fat fast, but not for sale or can grow here.
