G-d gave Noah and all his descendants (B'nei Noach or "children of Noah") seven commandments to obey. These Seven Universal Laws (also known as the "Seven Noahide Laws") were reaffirmed with Moses and the Jewish people at Mt. Sinai, so that observance of these laws should now be done according to the Oral Torah (the revelation at Sinai). These seven commandments (mitzvos) are not arbitrary laws, but rather G-d's plan for mankind..
So why do you think Gentiles were only given 7 universal laws to follow?
Prohibition of idolatry

Prohibition of blasphemy

Prohibition of murder

Prohibition of theft

Prohibition of illicit relations

Prohibition of eating live meat

Prohibition of failing to establish courts of justice

God chose the Jews as a special people (Deut. 7:6 and 14:2), selected out of all other nations in order to be separated from idolatry. The Torah contains God's standard of righteousness, which the Jews were required to follow.

He did not choose the Gentiles as the people through which He would reveal Himself to the world. Consequently, there was no need to impose such law on them. I think it's as simple as that.

Because these are general morals that most people, even atheists, try to follow by instinct. Blasphemy i think refers to bashing others religion, although most people on YA dont really follow that one.

The law is a mirror. It is there to show us how sinful & how utterly in need of God's salvation we are.
