Then next morining I cant style it becasue when I brush it, it frizzes up into an untamable afro (lol). Any suggestions?

i have curly hair too. i have found that with that type of hair you just cant brush it. i usually shower at night, put in leave in conditioner, mousse, and a curling spray. i let my hair mostly dry before i go to bed and i sleep with my hair in a ponytail in a scrunchie. the next morning i just throw a little more mousse in but i NEVER brush it

I have very thick fizzy hair, and used to have a perm. I've been there.

What you should do is use a curl control shampoo and conditioner. The Dove Shampoo doesn't say it does that specifically, but I found that it was so light that it made my curls very light, too. I was amazed! It's called Dove Intense Moisure.

After shampooing, I towel dried my hair, and didn't even brush it out. I scrunched in John Freida's Frizz-Ease Curl/Straight gel. It comes in a plastic tube pump, and if you just scrunch it in, and leave it alone to dry, your curls will be defined and the frizz will be gone. It's an awesome products, and only about 6 bucks at drugstores.

I hope this helps!

Use the website below to fill out a questionnaire about your hair. Using cheaper products on your hair, will always result in cheap results. Reason being, they are not regulated, and they are generally not balanced to your hair structure. If you don't like these products, I would be really surprised. Also, don't wash your hair and sleep on it afterwards. Do it in the morning or later in the afternoon /early evening and then wrap it to sleep, or get a satin pillowcase and or night cap.

Put leave-in conditioner (I prefer Infusium 23) on clean, wet hair, and comb thru-- maybe with a pick or wide-toothed comb, rather than a brush. Also, I've heard to avoid shampoos with laureth sulfate if you have curly or wavy hair.

I dyed my hair black a jointly as back by technique of twist of destiny. Later i desperate i wanted blonde below. So... i offered a bleaching kit that reported it grew to become into for darkish hair. It did no longer artwork o.k. and that i grew to become into left with partly funked up hair colour. fortunately i grew to become into able to repair it by technique of putting pink on it. i think of you may to strip the hair colour out, which will in all probability KILL your hair. Ask somebody in a salon what's the least detrimental difficulty to do to get the colour out.
