Can I just go to the bank and ask for one? or Do I have to order one?

I didn't know they were released yet. If that's true, then you should be able to get them at the bank. That's the point after all. These aren't being made for the sole purpose of collection, the idea is to get them circulating.

I have one, my husband got it in his change, but you can go to the bank and ask for one.

If they are in circulation, then all banks will have them. You can just go to the teller and buy one (or some),
