You should not be taking diet pills of any variety. In the long run you'll benefit more from developing a healthy eating style and exercise regimen.

Diet pills - the path to destruction, hawked by an industry that wants fat on your thighs to line their pockets.

I wouldn't suggest it. I mean, you can take anything you want, all you do is pop them in your mouth and swallow. However, a certain amount of nutrition is needed to keep that handy little thing we like to call "a pulse", and taking a combination of weight-loss pills could cause you to not get the nutrition you need to stay alive and healthy. Basically what you'd be doing by using a combination would be to not eat much, then not get full benefits of what you ARE eating.

You'd do better, in my opinion, by simply working with your doctor to eat a reasonable amount of healthy foods, and exercising regularly, instead of paying for a lot of pills which may or may not help you.

If you must use the help of pills, I would only stick to one kind or another, and either way (particularly if you go with a drastic form of appetite suppression), take a good multi-vitamin (with a full glass of water), calcium supplements, and iron supplements, if your doctor suggests it.

All of those weight loss supplements are a bunch of balogna especially those carb blockers. Healthful eating and increasing one's physical activity is the only surefire way to control one's weight. Diet pills are short-term and even dangerous. Please really consider looking at your local hospital to see if they have an accredited weight management program (with either the American Dietetic Association or Dairy Council) that you can attend (can be done in group setting) and some health insurances will pay for hospital-based, accredited ones. Please take good care and stay away from those fad diets and fad pills.

It definitely wouldnt be healthy for you. You really shouldnt be taking these anyway....once you lose the way you wont keep it off unless you start eating healthy. Otherwise you will have to keep taking pills and eventually become addicted. Try slowly changing your diet to healthy foods and eventually cutting carbs in the afternoons. Only eat carbs in the mornings for energy. Pills really dont help you out that much . Stick to eating healthy and excercise.

You should not be taking diet pills, anyway.

That's exactly what is wrong with America. Americans get it into their heads that all they have to do is pop a bunch of pills and TADA! They magically lose a bunch of weight.

Diet pills are total ****. You should NEVER take them. If you're going to take any kind of pill, other than your regular pain pills and things prescribed by your doctor, it should be a multivitamin.

My advice would be to get off your *** and start working out and eating healthy.

Here's a money saving idea:

1. Don't buy the carb blocker
2. Don't buy the appetite suppresant
3. Buy less food!

Why such drastic measures? Slow dioes it most of the time. Discuss with your doctor the possible effects of such drastic combo meds.
