Is it rude, nasty, or okay to pleasure someone orally and then attempt to kiss them? It seems that some women get offended at the notion and others don't seem to care.

It depends on the individual, just as it does in all things sexual. Some women enjoy being kissed afterwards, and some would prefer that you refrain from doing so. Can't tell what she likes? Test the waters...after pleasuring her below, move closely to her mouth and kiss her on the cheek...if she turns her head away so that you DO kiss her cheek, she doesn't like it, but if she turns her head so that you end up kissing her lips, she finds it erotic.
