twining fruit tea the one that contains no caffine or sugar, is it really healthy? if so how?
(its a powder where you add boiling water to and drink)

Unfortunately it contains fruit-acids which are not good for your teeth.
Avoid brushing your teeth afterwards (wait an hour), or better still: drink black or green tea. Or jasmin.

By the way: You're not getting any fruit in. It's fruit-flavour, not fruit-healthy.

It is like any other tea (providing you don't add sugar) and counts toward your daily fluid intake. Enjoy!
