My boyfriend & I have been together for about 3 years (rocky years) He has his own condo, I'm 24, I still live home as I'm a student & can't afford to go it alone yet. We fight alot already, have broken up a few times for a few days at a time. For some reason, we just CAN'T let each other go. Even when we are making each other miserable being broken up feels far worse. Anyways, my mother is sick of my drama, so she suggested that I just move in with him, she thinks then I'd finally see how bad it would be & I would dump him for good. Anyone out there move in with their bf/gf when you guys already had trouble? How'd it turn out? Thanks!

Oh yes. I was 22 and moved in with my bf and it was the first time out on my own. We dated for two years, The first year we didn't live together and the second year I moved in. Within the first six months I saw his true colors and I moved out that following summer. I told him I wanted to try things out on my own and he wasn't very happy;come to find because of financial reasons. That was the only reason why he was mad. We drifted apart after that. He was nasty, verbally abusive and a pretty bad temper; I'd decided I'd had enough, got my ducks in a row and was out of there.
