if i dance for an hour and do 50 sit ups and bicycle kicks every day will i see results

You most definitly will see results. make sure that you give your body one or two days of rest after 5 days of working out. When you do the situps turn to the side as well to make your obliques strong as well. Watch you diet as well. Alot of people turn away food after exercise and that is not good I will tell you why. When your body is working out it is using energy and if no food is put into the stomach after all this energy It will not depleat the fat due to the fact that the body thinks is starving. So have a lite meal after you workout. My fitness instructor told me that and it works wonders. I hope you see results soon.

Try it for a month and see the results. It you exercise for an hour daily you will definitly see results. You should try cutting calories....just a little. Drink a lot of water, drink diet soda instead of regular. Cut down on sweets!

Yes, you will become very strong in certain muscles. But what results did you have in mind? Weight loss? If yes, I am not very sure. Diet is the key, and then exercise.
