Ok so apparently I'm supposed to eat gluten free foods due to a condition. Like, that pretty much rules out most food lol. Seriously, if you look on the ingredients most food contains some amount of wheat. I know that they offer gluten free bread and stuff like that, but I live in a semi-rural area with no stores that sell that kind of food. Anyone else with the same problem?

I have gluten allergies and it's actually easier than you'd think. If you have a Whole Foods nearby you'll be all set. Just look for cookies or bread that is gluten free. Stop eating condensed soup. There are gluten free pastas such as corn, brown rice, quinoa (my personal favorite), you're lucky if you only have gluten issues. I can't have eggs, dairy, gluten or yeast. I wish I only had gluten issues! LOL!!!.....You have to read labels ALL the time, you'll get used to it. And cooking only natural foods helps too, like meats, veggies, rice, potatoes.

Hope a little of this helped.

Look online at www.amys.com. They offer all sorts of gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and vegetarian. Their food is really good. There are links to websites where you can order online.

A friend of mine is going through this... She basically is now vegetable and meat eater with no breads, cookies, or anything flour related in her diet.

I do not envy you having to go through this but I hear this problem/condition is on the rise. You asked in the right place, hopefully you will get some good answers to help.

: )

Happy Thursday!

I order online. If you are in a place that has a Whole Foods market or something close to it you may get lucky. If not I have a few websites I order from I have listed below.
