It's healthy, but has not great properties in weight loss. As an addition to your dietary regime is great because has many ingredients, which facilitate the function of kidneys and participate in the detoxification of the body toxins.
You need to be careful not to exceed the healthy daily dosage, If you want to take a celery juice it must not be more than 200 to max.300gr a day.

Pineapple juice is very good ( but in small quantities), because contains too many sugars, but has essential ingredients speeding the metabolism.

The top fresh juice ( known also as the "juice of the starts") is the grapefruit juice. It is an elixir in any diet, an inevitable part of it. Take it with some added pure water, without any other additives, preferable before the dishes or as a breakfast.

Celery is wonderful for weight loss, as when it is whole celery, it takes more calories to chew it than it can give to you! Celery is a green veggie, and that's usually good for you, period! Celery is pretty much a 'water veggie', not giving you a lot of vitamins, etc.. Put a little protein into the celery to get a healthier snack. A tiny bit of cheese, or anything you enjoy eating..........only keep it a small amount!

I think you're a bit misguided. Most folks know that celery, not celery juice, burns more calories simply by eating it, than it gives you. So there is your celery weight loss phenomenon.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Celery juice is water. It has few to no calories, will help you be hydrated and will help you feel full after you drink it. Otherwise, it has no magical weight loss properties.
