There are easy to use software programs that can help you do this. Go to http://www.download.com and type something like recycle bin retrieval.
Except in the remote chance that you used an "eraser" type program as I do. You may have luck in getting them back.
The way I understand it, You never actually delete info on your system. It will eventually be replaced with new data. That is how "eraser" programs work.
You want the opposite of this. I wish you luck!

The last time I looked in my recycle bin, it still had the cache of those files I'd sent there. Look at your recycle bin as a TEMPORARY holding bin for files you no longer want or use. Eventually the bin fills up and, I believe, triggers the emptying process, but until then, you can click on whatever files you want back where you deleted them from, and they'll "swoosh" just go back where they came from.
I suggest you learn how to loosen up your fears of experimenting with your own computer; that's the only way you're gonna learn how to use it well.
One trick you may or may not know is this:
any "clickable" button that has 3 dots following its label is safe to explore, nothing happens except for more information being given to you. Follow the clickables with dots and you won't go too far wrong.
HAPPY EXPLORING !

If they are visible in Recycle Bin, then yes. All you need to do it open the Recycle Bin from desktop.
Right click the file(s) you need to recover and click restore.
It will restore to the original folder it was deleted from. It may overwrite if there is already a new file in that folder with same name.

Hi there.
There is a distinctive possibility that you can *still* recover stuff you deleted from your recycling bin. It all depends on how many times you've used your computers and what you did after that deletion. The more, the less of a possibility you'll be able to recover the complete/partial file successfully.
This software:

I use to recover files off my hard drive.
Hope this helps

When a box open and ask; "Are you sure" think if you are sure, if not, then click "Cancel".
The files are there if you have not installed anything or Defragged to corrupt them. Hope the answer above can help.

Get someone experienced with computers to do it, I wouldn't risk trying to recover them by yourself.
