I have taken a Vow of Celibacy, is there anything out there to help me uphold this vow besides duct tape and Richard Simmons videos?

I really have no clue but I wish I could help. Maybe you could stay in public places for a while until you get used to it. I’ve heard that lavender is a good un-aphrodisiac stay away from anything that has to do with cinnamon and chocolate as these are very powerful male aphrodisiacs. Maybe you could keep in mind the reason why you took the vow; I wish you the best of luck with it…

* Remember why you took the vow in the first place.
* Fill your time with activities to keep your mind from wandering.
* Print out pictures or facts about STDs and post them around your room so you're forced to see what Herpes looks like on a regular basis. That should be a turn-off.

well everytime u feel u know then instead of doing u know u should read the bible or whatever religion u r or play sports u have to get ur agression out or u will be very frustrated
try not to look at woman in that way either and put ur faith in GOD to guide u in the right path this way u will never go astray

Vow schmow.... how old are you? Unless you are so old that you don't need a vow in order to remain celebate then by all means, don't be. Enjoy it while you can.
