I lost 30 pounds in 3 months on the body for life plan. the first thing you do is go low carb. and eat 3 meal with protien and about 40 grams of carbs with each meal next you will eat 3 more meals that same day( put about 3 hrs inbetween meals) eat protein with a table spoon of flaxseed oil! no carbs after 2 pm. do you cardio right when you wake up before you eat! and make sure you do resistance training (weight training) too!

You have some good answers already to your question. You must exercise. That's the key to any weight loss program. My husband lost about 40 lbs on the Atkins diet in about 3 months (maybe a little bit less). Low carbs worked for him, but it might not be the best solution for everyone. Make sure you drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses a day) also. Good Luck and have confidence in yourself. You can do it!

I'm sorry, there's no way you can safely lose that much weight in such a short time. eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and drink lots of water. 2-3 pounds per week is enough, but you might lose more the first week or two.

You need to do cardio on a daily basis. Treadmill, Bike, Elipical, Arobics. If you don't have access to machines pick up tapes and do them at home. I had a friend who used Leslie Sasome Walk Away The Pounds tape the 3 mile daily and he lost about 40 lbs in 2 months. You are going to need to workout at least an hour a day. Also cut your calories, but don't starve yourself.

atkins diet, and lots of exercise....but i really dont think the atkins diet nor trying to loose that much weight that quickly is very healthy...you wont reach your goal if you set such high standards...youd be amazed at the difference if you even lost 20 pounds...weight is a number, but fitness you can see
