You define spirit as energy that resides in all creation...
Definition of Force: n. 1a energy, strength, or active power...b the exertion of such power...and so on...

There is no god. So, whether it is a force or spirit is a moot question. Considering also that spirits are not real. However, as to "a force" I would need clarification. What is a force in this context. If by force you meant the unified field theory, and simply name the unified field "God", then I guess god is a force, but that is a semantic game and cannot be reconciled by reason, hence is a delusion.

God is a person, the Supreme person. His body is spiritual eternal, full of knowledge and bliss. This material manifestation is one of His energies.
Just as the sunshine is spread all over the universe, the energy of the Lord is spread all over the creation, and everything is resting in that energy.
Yet one should not conclude that because He is spread all over, He has lost His personal existence.
If He hears prayers, that means He has ears, if He speaks He most have mouth, if He sees He most have eyes..........!

I believe he is nothing and everything, baisically a force.
But to TELL people what he is, would be wrong, because I do not know. Tghis is only MERELY my opinion,
add:
Thats where the nothing and everything.
I am God, you are god.
But GOd does exist outside this world, as a force, also.
But his Spirit is inside the universe. Read the Four Agreements.

If someone can respond this with prove… real prove! And not a bunch of BS that the Bible and/or other books say, it will be a day to remember! LOL
And I am sure the answer is not any of the two options you gave… but that is my own personal BS. I have no prove.

John 4:24 - God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

"God is a spirit and those worshipping him but those worshiping him with spirit and truth" (John 4:24)
His "force" is his Holy Spirit.
I hope that helps you.
