she is interested in you. Take it slow, but start smiling at her, and say hi to her every now and then. If she is still showing interest, then go up and talk to her.

Could mean many things. It all depends on the girl's personality. Maybe she's nervous. Sounds to me like she more nervous than anything. Is she the nervous type. I usually do this when I catch this guy I like starring at me. I get so nervous and flustered when he does I start trying to look as though I didn't notice him but end up fiddeling with my hair.

I think she likes you because if she didn't then you would really figure it out by her response of your unwanted looks,women know their types and you are her type(by outward appearance anyways)ask for her number.
