infatuation evolves to love, if there is more than physical attraction. Infatuation fades when differences arise. If your feelings remain true then it has evolved into something more.
Only time can tell. Take things 1 step at a time and progress at a speed that is comfortable for both of you

In fatuation is more like a physical thing. Its something that sparks about them that makes you want them on a more physical basis, Infatuation can also come and go with different people. But Love is different and harder to described. Its something about that person that makes you want them outside of the physical. You want to be a part of them. You want to be there for them through their ups and downs. Its like your on cloud Nine. Also its not so easy to choose who you fall in love with. Its more of an uncontrolled feeling while you can control infatuation.

When you are infatuated with someone (which is also lust) typically all you want to do is "physical" stuff. When you are IN LOVE w/ someone, it's different, you enjoy talking with them, you enjoy just being in their company & even if there's a silent moment, there aren't any worries. There's a LOT of ways of knowing the difference & when you fall IN LOVE w/ someone you'll know also.

love is more of a mutual thing and is the strongest type of feeling you can have for someone. infatuation is more along the lines of that in-between stage between having a crush and being in love.

well being in love you can feel it you just know and also you are worried about that person and you care more for that person that you do yourself and your feelings
if you are not sure you are in love then your not
also sometimes people are in love with the idea of being in love and not actually love that person if this is the case youi dont care as much for the person and you really just like the feelings you get from love

Infatuation is the desire to being with the other person, to have them as your own
Love is being concerned for the person's physical, emotional and spiritual welfare and being willing to make sacrifices for them, as well as acknowledging their flaws and not idealizing them.
