If you have a warrant than that would be considered a public record. Go to the Detective Today website and look under civil/criminal court records of Harris County, TX for your name and social security number.

Call and ask if there is a warrant out for your arrest. or you can say you had a resume dropped off about the person in question and would like a background check of that person.
