To be honest with you, all these claims are just that claims, in order for you to lose weight, here is what I've done, and it's really easy, and I'm a food aholic, I am an emotional eater, but, I havn't changed my food to "diet food", I eat what I want, but, eat small meals, and you drink alot of water, which I'm bad at, but, I drink the drink, "Fuze", it's water with vitamins and such and really taste great...also, exercise which I hate too, so I clean or whatever...but, by just watching my calorie intake, and eating small meals of what I want, say like a kids meal, or size, two to three times a day, I've lost 30 since Thanksgiving week. I't not coming off fast, which is what you want, but, it's not good for you and will double coming back on you...I've been through menapause, and so know about the metabolism thing, but, I also go to a weight dr. who I go get a shot every week, which is vitamins and supposed to help with the metabolism...and it's been the first time I've lost without having to eat just diet food, now I have quit coca-cola's my weakness, but, every now and then I will eat or drink something I know I shouldn't, but, then it's my treat, I do it at least once a week, so I won't feel deprived, and also I'm eating all my foods I love, just not all at one time, and spread out...especially restaurant food, they give you enough for an army, when you get it, ask for a go box before you eat, then have a small amount and there you have several meals..also, eating on a small plate makes you think you are eating more, good luck, but, all these fads about diet tea, and such, they are just myths, I've asked my dr.s and pharmicist about all of it, so the best thing you can do is control your cravings, and exercise, which I know if I did would lose more, but, waiting for the summer, so good luck.
