He didn't. He was Jewish, and tatoos are forbidden under Judaism.

But, to answer your question, Yes Jesus had a tattoo. Here is the
verse to prove it:
Revelation 19:16 - And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name
written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
A tattoo is defined as a marking or coloring of the skin. The bible
says that Jesus had these words written on his vesture (the hem of his
robe) AND on his thigh (on his actual leg.)
Therefore, any logical person can read that and come to the conclusion
that Jesus does indeed have a tattoo on his thigh that says "KING OF
KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

It is against biblical law to have tatoos
Jesus would have practiced the law of Moses so no he did not have tatoos

There can't be a pic of this hypothetical tattoo because there weren't cameras around when Jesus was around. There is no proof, because his Body is in Heaven.

I am sure he DID NOT, seeing that it was forbidden in the Law. Plus, the Bible, no where says he did (I'm a pastor who knows it).
However, He did have body piercings.
