Good old fashioned water attracts the sun's rays. Just fill a spray bottle and go. It's also a refreshing break from the hit when you spritz periodically while basking in the sun.
If you don't have any baby oil - really any kind of bath oil will work. Also cooking oil but it won't smell as pleasant.
Keep in mind that none of these options provide for an SPF protection and it is safer to tan slowing with some degree of protection.

try to get the coconut milk, then make it boil for a long time. then there will be a brown subtance that will tranform that will produce coconut oil. and it is a great use for tanning

slather your body with crisco and then bake in the noon sun for a few hours =) works every time then in a few years when your body looks like leather you'll be done =)
