i seen on the news that 1 cup of noodles has enough salt intake for 1 month for 1 child. so if a child eats 1 whole cup of noodles to themselves, they do not need salt for the rest of the month.

I lived on them in college along with the entire dorm, but just because it was quick and tastes good. I'm sure there is way too much sodium, but my blood pressure has always been excellent. Is salt really as bad as they say, as long as your not a candidate for high blood pressure?...

yes, look at the ingredients & check out how much sodium is in a small cup! it's a death wish to eat those things. you're better off drinking some organic vegetable broth. tasty, filling, and no chemicals.

The amount of salt in one of those is outrageous. If you must eat it, do it once in a while...and drink plenty of water.

There not generally bad for you unless you eat alot of them in a small period of time or make them your only meal. They are extremely hight in sodium which could potentially lead to problems.

too much salt, too much msg, too much artificial colors, flavors and dyes. Those things are toxic. It takes mere minutes to cook fresh pasta yourself, and season it to taste.
