What do you mean by graphing a question? You can only graph numerical data.

You could use either a bar graph or a pie chart. The bar graph would be good for comparing the numbers of yes and no answers; a pie chart would be good for emphasizing the proportions. Spend some time playing with the Chart Wizrd and see what looks best. Good luck!

Assign 1 for yes, and 0 for no. Then graph as usual.

You can use countif function to work how many answers are 'yes'and how many are 'no'. With that you can make column charts, bar charts, pie charts from the total count of yes and total count of no.

you can do a do a count formula for your yes, no columns.
=countIF(range,"Yes")
=countIF(range,"No")
Then you will be able to graph the results.
