Have a private talk with your step mother and tell her how you feel and find out how she feels. Then have one with your father. If your step mother really does not want you there your father should know--she should not come between you and your father. If all else fails and your father still won't listen you might be better off with your mother. But you should first sit down and have a good talk with your step mother.

There must be a reason why you think she feels this way. I would sit down and talk with her and your dad. If she loved your father, she would not want to send you away. You're his daughter. I would make an effort to be nice to her. Help her out around the house by doing more than what you're expected to do. Talk to her about stuff, include her in your life like ask her what she thinks of something you're wearing, somethng you drew, you know, everyday stuff! Ask her to hang out, shopping, a movie, something girly! I think she will see wht you're trying to do and appreciate the gesture! Good luck!

Talk to your dad first, tell him how you feel and ask him his opinion. Most importantly, tell him that you really want to work things out. If he confirms that his wife has a problems with you, find out what you are doing to displeasing her. At that point, ask him if all of you can have a talk together. If this doesn't work, you should let them know that you are willing to work with therapist with them.
I don't know how old you are, but this is very important for you and your future. Hopefully, your stepmother is level headed person so she understands how important this is for you, and entire family. Best of luck to you.

. I have two step children (ages 4 and 11) and I love them as much as I love my nine year old son although it can be difficult as we have different ideas of how to raise them and we bicker about it but we all love each other . www.stepfamilies.co.uk is a good site to ask this question and to speak to kids in similar situations, it's not your job to get your stepmum to like you, it should be her responsibility to make the effort as well
