Is there a fat burner I can purchase at a local drug store, like at a Walgreens/CVS?

There is no such thing as a pill that burns fat. Your body burns fat when it needs energy that is not being obtained through caloric consumption. Those pills are nothing but stimulants that suppress your hunger. Most of them are simply caffeine pills. They are not good for you, and you get the same effect from drinking coffee or tea.

The best way to burn fat with results is to excercise. You can't lose weight/fat just by taking a pill. People are always looking for the easy way when all that is needed is a little discipline and 15-30 mins. a day.

I don't believe they work! I think the pills are for the people that are lazy that don't want to eat healthy and exercise, so they think those diet pills will be a answer to their weight loss! It is just going to be a waste of your money to buy those things just eat right, drink at lease 8 glasses of water a day, and exercise! That is what i can think of that will really help a person to reach the goal of weight loss!

No, because there is no such thing. No pill exists that burns fat. None. Anyone can throw a couple of herbs, vitamins, together and call it whatever they want. The FDA gets them eventually because they do no testing for efficiency or safety for these pills.

You want to burn fat? You'll have to do it the only way that works. EXERCISE.

I tried apple cider vinegar pills for a while a few years ago, they didnt do anything drastic but I lost a few pounds (whether or not thats completely attributed to the pills Im not 100% sure but they may have helped) and they were natual and inexpensive....read up a bit on it and you'll see lots of evidence for it.

There is no proven weightloss pill. Hard work and exercise is the only healthy way.

Only things I've heard from people who have used them is they give them headaches or make them jumpy, etc... Nothing like the commercials you see on TV.
