My son is ugly so he dates girls that are not really all there so he can get some easy booty. Im constantly giving him condoms because he's always getting his freak on!!!!! He has messed with 4 girls that has down-syndrome I dunno I just dont think its legal. He's only 16 and I'm ready to whoop him with the cord. He is getting on my nerves!

Okay, I hope this is a joke question, because this sounds too dysfunctional to be real. Your son is 16, dating down-syndrome girls to get laid and you are condoning this by giving him condoms AND you called your own son ugly. I think you should seek family counseling, stop giving your 16 year old the "thumbs up" to have sex and at this rate, if you tried to "beat him with a cord" he'd probably knock the hell out of you! My son is 15, is almost 6 foot 2, and wears a size 12 shoe. No way I can "whoop" him, but guess what? I don't have to, because I raised him to respect me and women in general. The problem isn't your son, it's you. Seek help.

I'm going to give a serious answer. Depending on the girls' mental capacities, it can be illegal. In the United States, it's considered rape if the female does not have the mental capacity to consent. This is usually considered an IQ under a certain number determined by your state laws (think high 50s). So yes, it's possible that he is doing something illegal if it's ruled in court that one of these girls does not have the capacity to consent. Stating that they have Downs Syndrome is not sufficient to make this generalization about their mental state though, because there are more and less severe instances of Downs Syndrome.

I suspect its not illegal if the girls are of a consenting age and with IQ high enough to understand sex and make the decision to consent.
The fact that he's managed to find four girls with Down's Syndrome sounds as if he delibrately seeks them out. This sounds bad to me.
I'm however disturbed that you described this business of your 16 yr old son liking of vulnerable young women as "getting on your nerves".
You may need to take a firmer hand with him, not just give him condoms or you may find yourself warming a bench in court.

I don't believe a single word of your post, but if it were true, I would feel sorry for your son.
My son has Down syndrome and he is "all there". How dare you make comments like that. You are crass and rude and hateful. Can't you think of more constructive things to do with your time than be hateful???

It's not illegal if the girls give consent and they understand what they consenting to. I do however think you need some help dissing your son like that.

If it is not illegal, it should be. These girls need proper supervision as downs children are very trusting, genuine, loving people. Get him some counseling, pronto! Where are the d.s. girl's parents. They might have something to say to him, also. Also, you should not belittle your son, he clearly needs help.

Well if you are son is ugly then its your fault, he must have gotten the ugliness from you since its your genes. And no its not illegal, they are human beings too, its normal.
