the Catholic church has regarding victims of sexual abuse from members of their clergy or members of their church?

I imagine they will not because it will only confirm and acknowledge the deceit of it all. The parish priests may know of something ......strictly speaking the church should have funded trained concellors to offer services to those in need through the misdemenours of the church. I somehow doubt they will.....but it is worth asking. Perhaps check with a nice parsih priest. The have I feel a moral duty not to abandon those who need help....but if the reaction of the present Pope speaks for the whole Church would be better to seek help elsewhere. Perhaps another church....or general trauma abuse aid.........why not speak to social services.

--Not to be belittling your sincerety, but would you really be able to trust such a source that has hidden so many of the obscene activities, and the individuals themselves for so many years?

--Trusting in God, is a much wiser course than any religion--to bless your efforts for finding help. You could try and locate associations that indeed have a good reputation, and at the same time your careful examination for help for you or your loved ones! You could check:

--Local community , county, state provisions, they do exist!
