Ice sometimes works. Just keep it on for a while. You can always pop it, but you shouldn't unless it's fully grown, ie; has that white part on top. You should be able to put a slight tear in the white part without pain or scarring.

Get a mask. (one that you put on and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it hardens.) Put some on the mask only on the pimple and don't wash it off, I do it at night after I have washed off my make-up. What the mask will dry out the pimple. When you use a mask like the directions tell you, its pulls all the dirt out to the surface and may give you a blemish or two. Thats normal and it is doing what it is suppose to do. Therefore when you put it on your blemish, it pulls everything up and will help it to disapear sooner. Hope this helps.
