Very doubtful.

US troops are under a microscope in Korea and Japan. The most minor act of misconduct makes headlines. (Of course offenses against US service members are ignored.)

Korea is not a good place to commit crimes whether your a military or civilian personel. I was stationed in korea a couple of years ago and the mantality there is very strict, things happen just like any other place but because of the culture relations between the U.S. and South Korea they do enforce laws and prosecute people who commit crimes. Stateside is a different thing. I've seen leaders who were D.U.I and still were allowed to continue there commands, very high up I might add.
