you need to do big compound movements first.
you should also be preparing the body for strength training by higher repetions training first.
When you do strength train, you do not need to go for more than an hour.
You could even do 30 mins 3 times per week and make amasing gains.
Less time will help you to keep your weight on if you are what is known as a 'hard gainer' too long could burn off extra muscle.

weight education i decide for a million hour right this moment, destroy on the 30 min mark for a million min, n then bck to intencity, as quickly as carried out i take a 5 min destroy, amd do 20 minutes of abs, thats monday, wed, friday, then on tuesday, thurs, saturday i do cardio this is composed of leap education, karate, yoga. alll great severe all artwork with eachother to max strengthen my physique
