75mg is not an overdose. The range for Zoloft dosing is generally 50-200mg a day (depending on what it's prescribed for), but I've known a psychiatrist who had patients on up to 400mg a day (which isn't safe in my opinion). The better question is why are you taking more medication than you were prescribed? Are you suicidal? If so, you need to go to a hospital as soon as possible to get some help.

First off why did you take 3? That's not an overdose it's just a stupid thing to do. People take larger doses than that so you'll be fine I just wouldn't drive as your body isn't used to the dose. But if you are trying to overdose you need to get some help.

You can take up to 200mgs a day tops of Zoloft and you took 175 mg. But with this medication, less is best if your doctor prescribed 25mg. You can overload on seritonin which may make you too compulsive. Please follow your doc's advice, but having said that, I suggest you go back and see him if overdosing was purposely done. You may need an adjustment in your meds or a different type of med. Also, remember it takes 4 to 6 weeks to actually start to work.

You'll be fine; there are plenty of people who are on that sort of dosage every day. Since you're not accustomed to it, it would be best not to drive; you should also not drink alcohol, or do anything that requires a lot of physical coordination.

Nothing's going to happen. Just don't drive, operate machinery, or start binge drinking, and you'll be fine, you might be a bit sleepy though.
