Sound like a domestic long hair and a domestic short hair. Most likely the average every day house cat.

they both sound like domestic long & short hairs. but Saharas black stripes on a gray back ground would classify her as a gray tabby. the white underbelly if it comes up the front to the face and down to the paws, its a possible tuxedo pattern, but would not be classified that way because the stripes over rule for the most part. if she has more then just two or 3 colors plus stripes and a white underbelly, then it would be called a tortous shell tabby. If anything at all, she sounds like a tabby none the less.

your long hair cat, Storms, the long hair could come from a distant relative, (and with cats it could be VERY distant) could come from possible main coon, or persian relative or any other long hair breeds, but with out the smashed in like face you can easily rule out persian since that is a common trait in persians, mind you not always, but mostly.

Can you post photos? Many different breeds can have those colors and patterns.
