There is always different reasons. Some guys dont want to feel certain emotions so they will lie and betray other people. Sometimes its fear. Sometimes its confidence.

I find it offensive.
you can't make this... this generalization about man.
some man lie some woman lie also.
matter of fact most woman I know lie more then most man I know. people lie!
you probably have been hurt by a guy who lied to you.
you can not say we lie more then woman. preposterous!
we only lie when we want to make you feel better.
do you want us to tell you that you are fat got a big long nose and a big fat ***. NO!! we say you are beautiful!
you teach us to lie. we get used to it.
now seriously, not kidding. I think man do not lie more then woman, we all lie.

hi im a 15 year old guy and most of the time i tel the truth i dnt lie to my friends or family but evreything els is fare game

it's not just boys that lie my dear. i have met many a venomous women. each gender share bad traits and lying is one of them.
