I'll give Herbal another vote. However, for me it's the conditioner that always seems to be the one that leaves the smell because I can't just shampoo I need to detangle. Nothing stays in like Lush Jungle. I've also found that letting the conditioner sit in my hair for a few mintues also helps.

So far, Herbal Essences Hello Hydration or any of their other cool shampoos. Don't buy the clear bottle shampoos, they're not very good.

Garnier Fructese.
When I was a kid, I loved Suave Honeysuckle because the smell stayed in my hair even if I didn't wash it for a couple of days. But now I only see the strawberry kind in stores.
