Dressy casual if its a reception. If you just stand in line for it like you would at any old movie, wear jeans or shorts

Look at the miami dress code. Males wear light weight pants in LIGHT colors and button up shirts.
Females wear patterned or vibrant colored free flowing skirts and skimpy tops.
