You know, women are the most powerful creatures on this earth. Have you ever noticed that the most "Pretty Challenged" women still have a man?
Go to locations that have single guys, Clubs/bars, Church, School, Work, etc. The thing about guys is that we are all afraid of rejection. Can't have an alpha male complex when you keep getting shut down.
In a nut shell, just put your self out there letting people know that you wanna go on a date. Ask a guy out, whats the worst that could happen, he's gonna say no?

If your shy try a couple of the dating sites, that i have listed below, the first 2 are free the 3rd one isnt, you can try just about anywere, one of my ex girlfriends i met at the library,clubs, church groups, join a gymn a lot of guys this time of year are trying to get in shape for summer beach fun just a thought, The possibilites are endless, Good luck. On the dating sites be wery of con artists.

Go to a variety of singles groups and functions. Make new friends. Bring close friends with you to check out potential dates. Slowly get to know the new friends in the groups you attend. http://www.singlesonthego.com has a large listing by city of singles groups where you'll meet a lot of different people. A local singles group is much healthier way to meet people compared with internet based groups

Dressing sluttier would probably work if you just care about getting dates and not the quality of your dates.

honestly not much from my experainces, i think it's easier for a girl than it is a guy. I could be wrong though.
