And, when you do indulge, buy rich, dark chocolate...it has more health benefits and will definitely satisfy your craving.

It's possible. It really depends greatly on the other kinds of food you eat and your excercise routine. Eating too much of anything isn't good for you (especially foods that are high in sugars) regardless of whether or not you keep to a certian calorie intake. In order to be healthy, you need a solid balance of carbs, protiens, vitamins, and so on. You don't need to cut out dessert foods all together, but you also don't want them to become a regular part of your diet. You should really talk to a nutrishionist to help you with ideas to manage your weight/diet and still enjoy what you eat.

You know all things are ok...just as long as your don't over do them! If you love chocolate don't deprive yourself of it so that you benge when you finally allow yourself to have some. you reached your goal weight that's wonderful! why ruin all the hard work you did by making the same food choices you did before? It may not make you gain weight right away, but little by little, you will give your self permission again to eat the way you did before. I am sure you can make healthier snack options and save the chocolate for every once in a while. :)
