During the day I walk on two legs. Man at middle part of life
In the evening I walk on three legs. old man with a cane - towards the end of life

Its a person..man !!
At first or "morning" its a baby..who crawls using both feet and arms making it have "4 legs"
At Second or "day" its a person at its normal stage, where they walk normal, walking with their two legs
At their third stage or "evening" its a old person where they need a cane to walk making the person have "three legs"
